Guests can dine at the Japanese restaurant Shimizu. The restaurant was opened by Hisao Shimizu, who has been creating genuine sushi for over 20 years. A wide variety of seasonal fish is delivered to the restaurant daily and is transformed into an abundant spread of sparkling, fresh sushi by the masterful hands of the maestro Shimizu. Guests should be sure to try the Seasonal Chef's Choice Sushi Platter, Shimizu's signature dish. There are also plenty of other Japanese specialities on the menu. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner every day except Sunday. It features a sushi bar, a main dining area and a shochu bar, which is one of the few New York City bars serving authentic Japanese beverages.
